New Contractor Licenses lists qualified businesses from the construction license extract published by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation. The file is a public record under Florida Chapter 119. The extract page is DBPR construction public records. The agency's reuse note is the public records disclaimer.

A row is published only when the occupation code is QB, Qualified Business, and the licensee name carries a legal-form suffix. Personal licenses, including certified and registered contractors, are not pages. Qualified businesses whose name looks like a person, and names without a legal form, are left out of the public pages.

The page shows the business name, city, state, ZIP, county, original licensure date, and status. Street and post-office boxes are not stored for the public page. Qualifier names are not shown.
